Journeyman Electrician

Apex Mechanical is seeking a dependable, motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Battle Ground, WA. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, think critically in the field, and step into a leadership role when needed. This position involves work on new and existing commercial HVAC systems, underground electrical projects, commercial upgrades, and EV charging station installations.

• Perform electrical work on new and existing construction projects
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including outages and system failures
• Test and verify completed installations for safety and performance
• Maintain basic records and job documentation
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Help lead crews and support successful project completion

• Minimum 5 years of experience in new and existing construction
• Current EL01 Journeyman Electrician License in Washington and Oregon
• Valid driver’s license
• Enhanced Driver’s License required for some job sites
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
