* We are seeking a Machine Operator Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team! This position is ideal for individuals interested in growing their career in a fast-paced environment with the potential for permanent hire.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Assist machine operators with daily production tasks

+ Safely operate and maintain manufacturing equipment

+ Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

** Requirements:*
* +  
** Steel-toe boots required*
* + Previous manufacturing experience preferred

+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

+ Strong and consistent work history

+ Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including every other Saturday
