** We're seeking a Packer & Entry Level Production Associate (Temp-to-Hire) to work at a premier manufacturing facility, Novolex, in Baxter Springs, KS.

** Pay Rate:  $18.91/hr with shift differential*
* ** Shift - various 7am to 3pm (Mon
- Fri) OR 11pm to 7am (Sunday - Thurs)*
* ** What's a typical day as Packer & Entry Level Production Associate? You'll be:*
* + Packing finished goods with care and accuracy to ensure quality standards are met

+ Assisting with various production processes on the manufacturing floor

+ Adhering strictly to safe work practices to keep yourself and your teammates protected

+ Maintaining high quality standards and following all instructions precisely

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Are available to work the third shift (11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday)

+ Are reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to long-term employment stability

+ Can follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and work collaboratively within a team

+ Have previous warehouse or production experience
