Food 4 Less - 1400 Military Avenue - Responsibilities:
Support grocery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Handle replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and supply use;
Assist merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and overall department procedures;
Deliver customer service aligned with SMILE program guidelines;
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to Harps’ policies; attend to dress code and safety requirements
