Senior Accountant - Multi‑Resort Hospitality Group
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team managing multiple resort properties. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting within the hospitality industry, with familiarity in Net Suite being a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple resort properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Utilize Net Suite or similar ERP systems to streamline financial operations (Net Suite experience a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems;
Net Suite experience considered a plus. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
