Lead and develop a high-performing Referral Liaison team with coaching and ongoing development;
Oversee day-to-day referral operations ensuring referrals are handled with urgency, accuracy, and compliance while delivering a best-in-class customer experience;
Own and optimize electronic referral systems (EMR/ERS platforms) to improve workflows and scalability;
Develop and execute inside sales and outreach strategies to increase referral flow and improve conversion rates;
Partner with Sales Intake Recruiting and Operations teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive admissions growth
