Minnesota Regenerative Institute is offering a unique opportunity to showcase your customer service, organizational, sales, and healthcare communication skills as a Patient Care Coordinator. Medical or healthcare knowledge and experience is strongly desired, as you will play a critical role in guiding patients through care recommendations, answering questions, and helping them confidently commit to treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Evaluate treatment options, create, explain, and present care plans, documenting patient encounters, accepting payments, and supporting patients through their decision-making process with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

- Healthcare, medical, or wellness experience is strongly preferred (medical, integrative, chiropractic or related settings a plus)
- Two-year degree or higher preferred, but not required
- Proven success in sales and customer service (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain care plans to patients, family members, and professionals
- Comfort discussing health conditions, treatment options, and financial commitments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Ability to motivate patients to commit to and follow through with care plans
- Excellent organization, documentation, and multi-tasking skills
- Resilience and confidence when handling objections or rejection
- A desire to learn—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support
- $40,000–$60,000 base salary, plus commission on care plan sales
- $80,000–$120,000+ total earning potential
