The Behavioral Program Supervisor is responsible for the administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavioral Analysis staff in all aspects of the Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:
Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance appraisals, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
