In this role, the Clinical Registered Dietitian delivers medical nutrition therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring comprehensive care integration across departments. The dietitian engages actively in patient care meetings, providing vital nutritional insights and updates to the healthcare team. Responsibilities also include developing and disseminating educational nutrition programs tailored to patient and community needs, handling essential documentation processes, and adapting to additional duties in the absence of specific team members to ensure seamless departmental operations.

The dietitian is expected to stay abreast of industry trends, especially in healthcare nutrition, maintaining the high standards of the facility's mission and vision.

In Clinical Nutrition at CRMC, our dietitians provide expert guidance on nutrition therapy, ensuring patients receive the right balance of nutrients to support healing, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall well‑being. Whether designing specialized meal plans for diabetic patients, guiding those recovering from surgery, or offering nutrition counseling for long‑term health management, our team plays a vital role in optimizing patient care through evidence‑based dietary strategies.

• Licensed in Minnesota with the MN Board of Dietetic Practice or pending MN Dietetic license within three months of employment
• Completed an internship in a hospital offering dietetic internships approved by the American Dietetic Association or have met necessary experience requirements
• Graduate of an accredited program of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university
• A dietitian registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
