Minnesota Regenerative Institute is a rapidly growing, integrated medical practice in Baxter, MN. We combine regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, functional wellness, nutrition, IV therapy, and vein care under one roof.
Our team of MDs, NPs/PAs, Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Rehab Specialists, Sonographers, and Phlebotomists works together to help patients reclaim their health and quality of life.

Role:Patient Access Coordinator
This is not a typical front desk job. You’ll be part front desk specialist, part new-patient coordinator, part patient-relations rockstar.
You’ll manage patient flow, support new patient onboarding, and help keep patients on track with their care—all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Front Desk & Patient Support
- Welcome and check in/out patients
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Collect payments and process check-out
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office
Patient Access & Communication
- Call new patient leads to help them get scheduled
- Follow up with patients who cancel or miss appointments
- Reach out to patients who need to be rescheduled
- Assist with simple social media tasks (responding to messages, notifications, etc.)
- Help patients complete necessary paperwork
- Confirm appointment types so patients are scheduled correctly
- Support various patient outreach campaigns (reactivation calls, reminders, follow-up calls, etc.)
New Patient Coordination
- Guide new patients through the intake process
- Prepare and review paperwork for accuracy
- Communicate with providers to ensure seamless handoffs
- Keep patients informed about next steps in their care
- Ensure new patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident
Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM (36–40 hours/week). Enjoy 3-day weekends—every week. No nights. No weekends.
