Residential Mental Health Practitioner
At Village Ranch we help transform lives. We're seeking a Residential Mental Health Practitioner to provide therapeutic services and support for youth in residential care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead individual and group sessions weekly
- Develop and review treatment plans
- Support family reunification during placement transitions
- Supervise and mentor residents daily
- Document progress and maintain treatment records
Minimum
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences OR equivalent coursework + 2,000 hrs supervised experience
- Practicum/internship in behavioral sciences
- Age 21+ with valid driver's license
- Ability to work with diverse populations and families
Compensation: $26.00 - $31.00 / Hourly
