Program Supervisor

This role involves supervising a team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and managing administrative tasks such as hiring, training, and scheduling. Responsibilities include direct support to individuals with daily activities like meal prep, medication, and personal care, as well as facilitating community outings and transportation. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
