Training & Business Support Specialist

Role Purpose

The Training & Business Support Specialist supports credit union growth and staff experience by delivering practical learning solutions and reinforcing consistency across products, services, and operations. This role helps translate business priorities, process changes, and industry updates into clear, actionable support for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Development

  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions for staff.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and job aids related to products, systems, policies, and service standards.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing skill development aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure all training content aligns with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with other business units to address required updates
Supporting Credit Union Growth & Strategy

  • Support training tied to growth initiatives such as membership growth, product adoption, and digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to align support with strategic priorities.
  • Partner across teams to support initiatives that improve staff and member experiences.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions; share relevant updates with leadership.
Product & Service Support

  • Support learning and communication for new and evolving products, services, and systems.
  • Support Business Analysts with process improvements, system testing, maintaining documentation, and working with users to keep systems working efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and audit work to ensure alignment with established standards, procedures, and expectations.
Staff Support & Reinforcement

  • Monitor common questions or gaps tied to growth initiatives, product adoption, or service consistency
  • Recommend training updates to improve adoption and effectiveness
Pay Type:
Full Time

Pay: $26.88 - $40.34 per hour

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union (MMFCU) has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the company may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
