We're hiring a Production Supervisor who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.
What Is Expected:
- Lead and supervise pressroom operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
- Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
- Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, staffing, and operational needs.

- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
