Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company in the Brainerd area that is actively hiring for multiple positions across all shifts. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing team offering competitive pay and advancement potential.

• Maintenance Technician (All Shifts) – $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift) – $75,000 – $100,000 per year
• CNC Programmer (Day Shift) – $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Shipping / Material Handler (2nd Shift) – $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
• Production & Machine Operations (All Shifts):
  • Packaging Specialist (Roll Fed)
  • Machine Operator / Setup Technician
  • Roto Mold Operator
  • Thermoforming & Routing Machine Operator

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Performing setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
• Supporting shipping, material handling, or packaging processes
• Assisting with preventative maintenance (for maintenance roles)

• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred (varies by position)
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
