Job Details DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, test, prove out, and maintain CNC programs.
- Generate machining strategies and tool paths.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Optimize programs to improve cycle times and quality.
- Support first-piece inspections and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with tooling designers and engineers.
- Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and revision controls.
- Follow safety policies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of CNC programming experience.
Proficiency with Solid Works, Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Familiarity with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and CNC controls
Preferred QualificationsThermoforming, plastics, or mold manufacturing experience.
3-axis and 5-axis CNC programming experience.
Proficiency with Solid Works, Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment.
