Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery (We’ll Train You!)
1st shift 6:30AM - 3PM

We’re hiring anyone who is ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Feed books/signatures into machine.
- Pack books into cartons.
- Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
- Perform hand operations as required.
- Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
Physical & Work Environment:
Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.
- Walking:
Must be able to walk with ease, as some operations require constant walking. - Standing:
Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor, or wooden platform. - Lifting:
Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously. - Twisting:
Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist, up to 90 degrees, when loading or packing.
