Location: Baxter, MN
Pay Rate: $19.50 – $23.50 per hour
Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Previous construction, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Build wooden roof and floor trusses according to production specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble trusses
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Follow quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Handle materials continuously throughout the workday
