- Pulmonology Clinic
This role involves comprehensive patient care coordination within a physician's clinic, where the LPN is essential in assessing and preparing patients for their visits, ensuring that all interactions facilitate optimal care and treatment adherence. Daily responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, administering medications, and managing medical equipment effectively. The LPN also plays a pivotal role in clinic organization, from managing documentation in medical records to ensuring supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
Collaboration with doctors, reception staff, and other nursing team members is key to maintaining efficient patient flow and scheduling. Challenges such as managing high-stress situations, adapting to varied patient needs, and multitasking efficiently are common, requiring robust problem-solving skills and adaptability.

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
