A partner veterinary hospital in Baxter, MN is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative team

• Deliver high-quality care to small animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures to clinic standards
• Develop and communicate customized treatment plans with pet owners
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure exceptional client and patient experience

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Active Minnesota veterinary license
• Experience in small animal care
  , including surgery & dentistry
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• A lifelong learner and mentor dedicated to positive outcomes for patients and staff
