Quality Technician 1st Shift

Pay or shift range: $22 USD to $26 USD. This is an estimated range. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Summary:

Responsible for all product inspection and documentation maintenance to ensure that all customer specifications are being met.

• Inspect parts and document results with 100% accuracy.
• Conduct routine in-process and finished good quality audits, according to company and customer specifications and requirements.
• Make recommendations about various product quality, process, and update product documentation improvements.
• Communicate and enforce all company quality policies and procedures.
• Operate Melt Indexer to test material IV.
• Work with operators to determine adjustments needed for product setup and sign off.

• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection. (Faro arm/ laser scanner experience a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints. GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Use and knowledge of various inspection tools and equipment (Faro arm/ laser scanner experience a plus).
• Computer literacy required. Frequent use of Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Business Management Software.
• Proven analytical problem solving skills.
• Professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
