Overview

Job Type: Per Required Need.

Work Location:

Market - SS - MN - Baxter. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

Pay & Benefits

$18.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts based on availability. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Responsibilities
  • Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact, and keep availability updated.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and in teams of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist teammates and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Schedule and plan hours and locations; work may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early mornings, or holidays as required.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Execute all directives fully and completely, following project instructions.
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions with operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, transparent and respectful communication with all team members.
  • Work across all company aspects and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves upon shared‑service field KPIs.
  • Remain open to providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Be able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adjust quickly to changing tasks and environments.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email, and use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and app navigation.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferable installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data uploads; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame.
  • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and are willing to travel up to 90 miles from home.
  • Possess superior leadership, professional communication, presentation, decision‑making, problem‑solving skills; work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting.
