HP Customer Sales Representative

Overview

Job Type: Regular Work.

Location:

Costco 1122 – Baxter, MN 56425. Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and candidate experience.

Schedule:

Flexible Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10‑15 hours per week).

Become a part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative. You will drive sales and create excitement around HP products in local big‑box retailers. Demonstrate products to customers, tailor demos to their ideal needs, build rapport with customers and store management, train store associates, maintain displays, and report competitive insights.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, functional, and presentable work station/kiosk at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• 1‑year job experience required.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm; outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and product demonstrations.
• Experience in retail or customer service in electronics, tech or wireless (a plus).
• Training or product demonstration experience (a plus).

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
