Stocking, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Seeking reliable candidates for Retail Associate positions available immediately in Baxter, MN.
You will support store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting customers both inside and outside the store. This is a hands‑on position that requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Replace paper tags with Digital
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and move to appropriate areas
- Sort and organize products in the backroom
- Stock shelves and replenish displays
- Pick and pack items to fulfill online orders
- Other duties, as requested
- Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC Friendly)
Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay rate is $18.50 per hour, immediate benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance – benefits can be kept after job completion!
