Retail Scan Associate; Baxter, MN

About this role

This is a permanent part‑time position. Retail Scan Associates visit a selection of stores each week to collect and analyze sales data, helping improve product and retailer performance.

The role is open on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, continuing through all 52 weeks of the year, including holiday weeks. Available grocery store locations are:

• Grocery – NISSWA, MN 56468 – Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
• Grocery – GARRISON, MN 56450 – Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
• Grocery – LITTLE FALLS, MN 56345 – Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday

• Conduct in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes throughout each store.
• Complete display scanning and stocking location assignments each week.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure timely data delivery to clients.
• Participate in special projects and custom projects as assigned throughout the year.
• Work with major national chains such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and other retailers.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Dependable, quality‑driven, and able to meet deadlines.

Hourly rate paid for each day worked. Travel is compensated at your hourly rate after deducting the first and last 15 minutes.
