Custom Framing Designer and Sales

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions.
• Assist customers in shopping and locating products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter‑free environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements.
• Use the Elevated ABC Deliver method to design custom framing.
• Achieve sales and production targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and helpful product solutions.
• Support shrinkage and safety programs.
• Communicate respectfully and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, meeting standards and budget.
• Operate the cash register and perform cash handling according to standards.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience (preferred).
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers (preferred).
• Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch; stand for long periods; lift heavy boxes and frames; reach high shelves with a ladder or similar equipment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Public retail store setting; climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled. Occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
