Supervise stockroom operations and lead associates to deliver customer service and operational efficiency;
Execute freight unload, receiving, product processing, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment;
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stockroom levels and replenishment based on sell-through and seasonal changes;
Support training for new hires on operations processes, inventory procedures, and Kohl’s tools/resources;
Collaborate with merchandising on product placement and brand standards
