Retail Merchandising Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a Retail Merchandising Associate to support store presentation for our clients in the administrative and support services industry. In this role, you will stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, place signage, and ensure planogram and brand standards are met. You'll gather basic inventory data, report issues, and collaborate with store and Marathon teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer-ready displays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and front-face merchandise on shelves and displays
• Execute planograms and merchandising directives accurately and on time
• Build and adjust promotional and seasonal displays
• Place and maintain signage, price labels, and point-of-sale materials
• Conduct basic inventory counts and report stock or display issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on the sales floor and backroom
• Communicate with store management and Marathon Staffing supervisors on progress
• Follow company and client safety, loss prevention, and quality standards
• Use handheld devices or forms to track tasks and simple inventory data
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and store staff when needed
