Join our team and receive a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus for qualified hires. This position is listed in Baxter, MN - Northpoint Circle. It’s time to take your sales career to the next level. Every day you’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise. You’ll meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s full suite of products, devices, and personalized services that bring friends, families and communities closer together.
- On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, demonstrating drive and a passion for helping people.
- Be part of the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
- Adapt in a fast-paced environment; stay flexible and open to change to meet customers’ evolving needs.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Retail Sales Consultant earns between $12.92 - $16.57 per hour plus potential $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can earn around $62,460 per year. The starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and training.
