Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a building materials/lumber company in Baxter, MN. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships and help customers find the right products for home improvement and construction projects. • Engage with customers and prospects to identify needs and recommend products and solutions
• Support outside sales representatives with order management and customer service
• Maintain knowledge of lumber and home improvement products
• Manage customer accounts including inquiries, order processing, returns/credits, and open orders
• Provide guidance on small-scale construction projects such as decks, garages, windows, and doors
• Assist with daily store or yard operations as needed
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education in construction/design preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales or sales support experience (building materials preferred)
• Strong math skills, including construction calculations and pricing
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (up to 75 pounds infrequently)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
