Sales Manager

We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our great team! We are looking for a strong leader that will ensure the productivity and profitability of our Sales Department.

• Consistently provide high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Ensure sales processes are followed by all Team Members.
• Verify all incoming leads are followed up within company expectations.
• Effectively manage inventory, lot organization, and display.
• Sell vehicles and assist with closing car deals.
• Work directly with our Team Members and Guests to develop and maintain relationships.
• Provide continuous training with the Sales consultants during Sales Training Meetings and one-on-one trainings for the continued growth of our Team Members.
• Maintain a thriving passion for the automotive industry.
• Ensure guests have excellent dealership experiences, turning them into repeat buyers.

Workdays are Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week. The position is paid on a commission/incentive-based pay plan: $48–$100k+ per year (commission based). Compensation includes a Base Draw and incentives for key metrics of Guest Service, gross profit, and unit volume. There is no limit or cap on incentive amounts.

Knowledge of and previous background in automotive sales and leasing is preferred.
