Production Supervisor

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Production Supervisor to manage the execution of public affairs and strategic communications projects. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end production workflows, coordinate timelines and resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and compliance standards. You'll collaborate closely with account teams, creatives, and external vendors to support high-impact advocacy campaigns. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production workflow for client advocacy and communications projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables across account teams, creatives, and external vendors to keep campaigns on track.
• Implement and refine production processes, templates, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across multiple projects.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure all materials comply with client guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality-control procedures.
• Support senior leaders in planning and prioritizing project pipelines, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Track production metrics, prepare status reports, and drive continuous improvement of workflows and best practices.
