Automotive Sales Consultant

In this role, you'll greet and guide guests through vehicle selection, test drives, and transparent pricing for new and used inventory. Using Walser's proven processes and CRM tools, you'll manage leads, follow-ups, and documentation while collaborating closely with finance and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom and online customers, understanding their needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate new and used Toyota and other brand vehicles and features
• Guide customers through Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Provide transparent pricing, financing options, and product information
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies
• Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and technology
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Support dealership events and community outreach to build brand presence
