Delivery Driver

The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Driver who will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to Green Thumb's customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting products, maintaining delivery schedules, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role requires a passion for driving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to reliability.

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries throughout the day
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations when delivering medical cannabis
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, checking and adding fluids, etc.)
• Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper documents are kept and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries
• Other duties as assigned by management

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass required background checks, including a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state‑specific cannabis employment requirements
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (work schedule including varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Prior cannabis experience not required

• Move about the dispensary and delivery areas for up to the duration of a workday
• Remain in a stationary position, including in a motor vehicle, to meet business needs and complete delivery tasks timely
• Converse and communicate with individuals and groups of people directly
