Delivery Driver

We are looking for a Delivery Driver who will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to Green Thumb's customers. This role requires safe transportation of products, maintaining delivery schedules, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. A passion for driving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to reliability are essential.

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries throughout the day
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
• Maintain the vehicle, performing routine maintenance tasks such as tire changes and fluid checks
• Manage documentation associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper records and completed manifests are filed
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state‑specific cannabis employment requirements
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (e.g., ability to work varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends)
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Prior cannabis experience not required

• Ability to perform required tasks for up to the duration of a workday, such as moving about the dispensary and delivery areas to fulfill assignments
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, including within a motor vehicle, to meet business needs
• Direct verbal and written communication with individuals and groups
• Operate POS systems, computers, and office productivity software (e.g., word processing, database management, spreadsheets, email)
• Prepare patient and customer orders by moving and placing products
• Inspect and receive detailed information, such as patients’ and/or customers’ dates of birth, in-store or online orders, or inquiries
• Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently
• Move inventory and materials in storage areas as needed

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• Initiative and proactive attitude with independent judgment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees
• Effective listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, with various audiences
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Understanding of applicable cannabis laws and regulations, safety regulations, local municipal codes, organizational rules, and standard operating procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and incorporate constructive criticism from managers
• Professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information and complying with HIPAA requirements

• Ability to work a 12‑hour day when needed
• Patient and/or customer‑facing environment
• Ability to work outdoors, varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens that might be present in an environment where cannabis is present and prevalent

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Green Thumb Pay Range: $17.25—$17.25 USD
