Geek Squad Delivery Driver

As a Geek Squad Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for the delivery, installation, repair and haul‑away of basic‑complexity appliances, televisions and other tech. You’ll determine the best way to deliver major appliances into homes and other locations, including measuring and protecting areas along the installation route, deciding whether doors need to be detached or fixtures moved, and managing inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other team members.

• Attend to delivery duties, including installation, networking and repair of devices with a focus on home theater equipment and appliances.
• Provide a seamless client experience by giving advice on product placement, services and other content.
• Process paperwork and payment, provide feedback to the store teams and complete in‑store repairs.
• Provide training to new drivers.
• Lead and assist on two‑person jobs as well as perform work alone.

• 6 months of customer service, sales, installation, or large product delivery experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy’s safety standards (minimal violations/accidents).
• Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull weight up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of a team, with the use of a harness, lift or dolly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired.
