• Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
• Provide administrative support to the administrative team as needed
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive impression for all visitors
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
