Dow Bay Area Family YMCA seeks a Lead Teacher for the Infant Room at the YMCA Childcare Center in Bay City. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants (birth to 18 months) and support families with ongoing communication.
The role is full-time (40 hours/week), eligible for full-time benefits, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour. You will lead staff, ensure licensing standards are met, and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment.
