Thelen Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our team!

$40,000+ EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME

This position offers competitive base pay PLUS performance-based bonus opportunities, no commission structure

Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

As a Subaru Express Service Advisor
, you will be the face of the service department for our Express Service customers. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and identify their service needs
• Write and present repair orders
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work toward established performance and customer satisfaction goals

• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive knowledge is a plus —

Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends: OFF
