Outpatient, State-of-the-Art Community Health Park Position Type:
Full-Time, Employed Position Highlights
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Call: 1:10 rotation, nurse triage line support
- Reason for Opening:
Replacement for departing physician - Facility:

- Patient Population:
Full-spectrum family medicine - from birth through adulthood - Services Provided:
- Preventive care
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Emotional and social health care support

- Onsite musculoskeletal care services
- Multispecialty services under one roof
- MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
- Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
