About the Position
Join a busy, well-supported Emergency Department in  Bay City, Michigan , where you can earn  $315/hr , receive  comprehensive malpractice coverage , and enjoy  complimentary mileage reimbursement . This  onsite-only  assignment is ideal for  local, board-certified EM/IM/FM physicians  with strong Emergency Medicine experience.

With multiple shift options, full ED support, and no call requirements, this opportunity offers flexibility, excellent resources, and consistent patient volume.

High Pay Rates

Coverage:  Full malpractice + mileage reimbursement

Setting:  Emergency Department (onsite only)

Schedule/Shift Options:

6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

No call  — strictly onsite clinical shifts

Volume:  ~80 patients/day; ~1.8 pts/hour per physician

Support:

APP support (12 hours/day)

Full nursing & tech staff

Full radiology & lab

EMR:  Cerner

Required Skills & Procedures
Physicians must be comfortable with a wide range of Emergency Medicine skills, including:

Adult & pediatric outpatient/emergency care

Newborn resuscitation

Orthopedic injury management (non-displaced fractures)

Laceration repair & I&D

Psychiatric evaluations (uncomplicated)

Ventilation management

Central & arterial line placement

EKG interpretation

Arthrocentesis, LP, paracentesis

General ED procedures

✔ Required Qualifications

Board Certified  — EM, or IM/FM with  2+ years recent ED experience

Active MI license

Local providers only

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Clean background  for fast credentialing

Ability to provide exact shift availability
