Skills & Competency- Excellent knowledge of Instrumentation & Process Control Automation
- Basic knowledge of IEC 61131 and IEC 61499 Standards
- Hands‑on experience in DCS/PLC
- Knowledge of Windows OS and anti‑virus management korea advantage
- Security updates, networking, and system‑based project setup
- Preferable Cisco CCNP or equivalent networking experience
- Past Yokogawa experience is an advantage
Member of the Regional Service Team – Customer Service Engineer
Key Responsibility Areas- Provide field service expertise and resolve DCS/ESD issues, hardware, firmware, and application support networks
- Build customer confidence and ease of customer experience by supporting supplied drives
- Collaborate with sales and services teams to build relationships and support new customer projects
- Maintain strong customer‑orientation by engaging with end users and other stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
