CAE Process Automation (LS-Dyna, Crash Full Vehicle)
We are currently looking for a CAE/Software Support Engineer in Novi, Michigan in the fast-growing area of process integration and Simulation Data Management (SDM).
Responsibilities- Configuration, operation, and support for software products used by leading automotive manufacturers.
- Capture and understand OEM/Tier1 CAE processes and Simulation Data Management requirements.
- Integration of new methods and processes into our software environment as well as CAE process automation for customers.
- Coordination of customer technical inquiries as well as planning and implementation of customer projects.
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science with at least 6 months of industry experience (Preferably automotive industry).
- Working knowledge of simulation and CAE Tools such as i.e.: LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, ANSA
- Experience in Finite Element Analysis for different attributes (i.e., Crash, Safety, NVH).
- Knowledge of Linux and the programming language Python
