An established industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manager of Air Compliance to lead environmental air compliance programs across multiple operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local air quality regulations while supporting operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
The successful candidate will serve as a key subject matter expert on air permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental policy, and agency engagement. This position offers the opportunity to influence company-wide environmental strategy while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams.

- s.Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and environmental stakeholder
- s.Develop and manage permitting strategies, compliance programs, budgets, and implementation schedule
- s.Create, implement, and maintain environmental policies, procedures, and performance target
- s.Develop systems and tools to monitor, track, and support ongoing compliance obligation
- s.Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and filing
- s.Conduct environmental audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across facilitie
- s.Prepare compliance summaries and documentation for legal, financial, and insurance purpose
- s.Represent the organization on industry associations, environmental committees, and regulatory working group
- s.Support capital projects by providing environmental permitting guidance and budgetary inpu
- t.Deliver environmental compliance training and mentorship to employees at all organizational level
- red Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Biolo
- gy.
Minimum of 8 years of environmental regulatory compliance experience, including air permitting and air quality complian - ce.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experien - ce.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting require men - ts.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skil
- rred Title V permitting experie
- nce.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or recognized environmental certificat - ion.
Experience with in industrial manufacturing or process industr
