As a Full-Time Parts Advisor at Fox GMC, your daily responsibilities will include managing inventory, processing parts orders, and assisting the service team with timely parts availability. You will greet and consult with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information about parts and accessories. Data entry into our inventory management system will be required to ensure all records are up to date.

You will also collaborate with vendors to source parts, monitor stock levels, and maintain an organized and clean workspace.

Providing exceptional customer service is key, as you will work to resolve any queries or concerns. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to share insights and stay aligned with company goals and initiatives. Your enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere and contribute to the overall success of the team.
