Finance Development Track — Campus Graduate; Accounting​/Finance

Dow is seeking candidates for its Finance Development Program in Midland, MI. Roles are open to graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or AIS who are motivated to grow within a global finance team.

Participants will rotate across finance functions, gaining diverse experience and exposure to Dow’s businesses and leaders while developing strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
