Caregiver​/Resident Care Specialist

The Willows Assisted Living, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as Resident Care Specialist in St. Joseph, MI. The Willows offers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.

As Resident Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to assist residents with ADLs, administer medications, give companionship to the residents and participate in life enrichment. You will have the opportunity to work for a faith-based organization that has a passion for providing vulnerable residents with high-quality care and nurturing their dignity and independence. Hiring for 1st and 3rd Shift!

Qualified Candidates will possess:

• A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with and caring for the elderly population is preferred.
