Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 12‑Hour Day Shift

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and help residents with transfers and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff
• Support residents with eating and hydration needs, ensuring proper nutrition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Document care provided accurately and timely in residents’ records
• Foster a respectful, compassionate, and supportive atmosphere for residents and their families

• Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or nursing home setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
