• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs
• Guide and educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies
• Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals for integrated care
• Keep track of client progress and maintain accurate records

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Michigan
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a clinical or home health setting is a plus!
