Job SummaryThe Cosmetic Liaison is responsible for providing operational, clinical, and administrative support to the cosmetic team. This position plays a key role in coordinating patient services, maintaining efficient workflow, and supporting the cosmetic department’s leadership objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and a professional commitment to the field of aesthetics.

- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, cosmetic providers, and internal staff to support daily cosmetic operations.
- Support cosmetic providers by coordinating patient treatment, completing documentation, educating patients on their care services, and managing patient flow.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skincare products, and recommended treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement departmental procedures, quality standards, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and organization of cosmetic treatment rooms.
- Uphold a professional, service‑oriented environment through effective communication, problem‑solving, and team collaboration.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in cosmetic medicine, dermatology, or medical aesthetics.
- Active Aesthetician license, or active Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred).
- Proficient in phlebotomy and safe blood collection techniques. (Preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize in a high‑volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability based on operational needs.
